The hotel itself is a beautifully remodeled palace, and our rooms were fine, complete with a balcony and a bathtub. We enjoyed drinks and snacks in the lobby, delicious and plentiful. The highlight of our stay was the concierge, Arancha M, were great to make our stay special. She helped arrange a surprise for my parents and made sure every detail was perfect. The entire staff, including the busboys, waitresses, maids, and check-in staff, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Small Luxury Hotel Of The World for its really good service and lovely ambiance.

The hotel is conveniently located in the hip Chueca area, close to great shopping areas and sightseeing spots. The rooms are spacious and tastefully renovated, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly staff offers exceptional service and the buffet breakfast is both convenient and delicious. The lobby is like a cozy living room, perfect for relaxing and meeting friends for drinks.

The check-in process could be improved, as some guests felt unwelcome and encountered a cold atmosphere.

This hotel oozes luxury with its exclusive amenities. the service from the staff goes beyond helpful and friendly. the Spa & wellness centre is the perfect place to unwind with an Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and Jacuzzi, plus the massage and beauty treatments on offer. The Breakfast room offers a Buffet breakfast and the restaurant has a range of delicious dishes. Cons: the room could have been more spacious.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet right in the hip Chueca area. We enjoyed breakfast in a handsome cafe on the upper level. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. the lavish decor exudes luxury and sophistication in every corner. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities like a private terrace with a hot tub. the impeccable service from the friendly staff made our stay truly comfortable and unforgettable. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which featured a sauna, indoor heated swimming pool, and treatment rooms. the massage was excellent and worth the price. this hotel delivered a truly luxurious experience.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of live entertainment in the evening. While the bar had a nice ambiance, it would have been great to have some live music or other entertainment options.

We loved the historic building, helpful staff, excellent pianist, and great recommendations from the concierge.

Nothing for me.

We loved the friendly staff who spoke English and the daily newspapers available at breakfast. The lounge area was spacious with a fantastic cocktail list. The rooms were exceptionally clean with quality toiletries. The night-time turn down service was a nice touch, with chilled water and a weather forecast for the next day. The hotel had a sophisticated charm and was conveniently located near the city center and main attractions. The bar and lobby had an elegant ambiance, and the gym and spa were enjoyable. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent service, comfortable bed, great location near shopping and restaurants. Wonderful market across the street. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Lovely building with a nice lobby bar. Turkish bath and pool in the Spa. Quiet street in the heart of the city.
